Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns within 21 days of receipt of goods. Customers returning items must pay return shipping fees. Any returns after 21 days will incur a 10% restocking fee. For your first return prior to the 21 days, there is no restocking fee, you are only required to pay for the shipping. Any subsequent (second) return will incur a 10% restocking fee. We suggest using a shipping carrier with a tracking number and insuring your shipment, as we cannot refund items that do not make it back to us. True North Furs will refund the amount of the returned item less the original shipping costs when the item was shipped to you. All tags and labels must be attached, and all items need to be in clean, pristine (not worn) condition and free of any damage. Please include a copy of your receipt or order number. Prior to returning any item, please call or email us to confirm the return. There are times where we are not available because we are acquiring more furs for you.

Items that are closeouts or on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales for custom orders and products labeled as "custom" or "custom-made" are final and there are no refunds.
